UAE Premier Property Developers Egyptian ProjectEmaar Misr, a subsidiary of UAE based Emaar Properties which is one of the most successful property development companies currently constructing in Dubai, has just signed a deal worth 3.9 billion US dollars (15.4 bn AED) to construct a brand new district consisting of seven separate villages in Egypt’s capital city of Cairo.

The new development, known as Cairo Heights, will see Emaar make their inimitable and incredibly impressive mark on this, one of the world’s most fascinating and ancient cities; it also marks the start of Emaar’s planned movement into every major city in the world where they hope to create prestigious master-planned residential developments that will offer residents an incredible lifestyle opportunity.
