Emaar Property Management AcademyOh my goodness Emaar – you’ve done it again!  World leaders in their industry, Dubai based Emaar Properties, the number one property development company in the world have come up with yet another ground breaking concept to further and better the global real estate industry – the Emaar Property Management Academy.

The academy will be based in Dubai and it will teach students from around the world all about the successful Emaar formula which is currently helping the company break into all the worlds most exciting and emerging property markets.

In the words of Emaar, the property management academy will be “a global centre of excellence for real estate which will set new benchmarks for property developers”.  The academy concept has developed from Emaar’s exciting expansion plans and its commitment to sharing its expertise by entering into co-ventures across countries such as Turkey, Morocco and Saudi Arabia - and the Emaar Property Management Academy concept has now been finalised.

The professional school will be divided into four distinct faculties and will initially offer three to twelve month courses in the Faculty of Real Estate Management, the Faculty of Real Estate Marketing, the Faculty of Retail Management or the Faculty of Real Estate Finance. 

Over time the academy will develop its courses further and offer study programmes for up to two years for students across a combination of all faculties, and ultimately the Emaar Property Management Academy will provide professional and meaningful qualifications for those who wish to work in the property industry.

Emaar Properties are committed to headhunting and targeting the best professionals in the global property business to teach, train and qualify students at the academy in courses that range from Shari’a Compliant Finance to Mall Management, from Human Resources Management to Brokerage, Sales and Marketing and from Project Management to Corporate Finance.

Students from all backgrounds are expected to attend and entry requirements will start from requiring a good final certificate from secondary school.  The academy is likely to attract real estate business professionals who wish to develop their understating of the global property market and formalise their knowledge with industry accepted and accredited qualifications as well.
