Cityscape 2005: The International Property Investment EventCityscape, which is the international property investment and development event held annually at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, is taking place this year between the 17th and the 19th of September and it promises to be the largest event yet.

Cityscape is the investment property industry networking event of the year, and this year it will be attended by over 300 exhibiters from 50 countries worldwide who are coming together to present the real estate investment and development opportunities available globally to their audience of international investors, financiers and those looking to source the latest opportunities in every aspect of real estate from spatial design to development financing.

This year’s Cityscape event is set to break even more records than before - the size of the event for 2005 has doubled from 2004’s exhibition and already the initial release of visitor passes have been sold out. 

Those exhibiting will include: -

Property financiers - from banks and domestic lenders to fund managers and private consultants
Planners and engineers
Project managers and architects
Consultants and contractors

The exhibiters will be networking with visitors who will likely include: -

The Cityscape event is taking place over 10,000 square meters of exhibition space at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (formerly known as the Dubai World Trade Centre) and will feature a series of conferences including the World Architectural Conference and the Cityscape Conference 2005 where the world’s leading investors, developers, financiers, designers and solution providers will come together not only to create fusion in investment terms but to promote the development of iconic and intelligent real estate development and to support the future development of emerging real estate markets such as Poland, Abu Dhabi and Oman.

There will be over 70 speakers addressing the predicted record numbers of visitors over the three day main conference and they will include real estate strategists, property development company executives, investment consultants and development directors from as far afield as South Africa, China, Germany, India, France, Singapore, the USA, the UK and the UAE.

The series of speakers will lead the audience through from discussing the latest trends in the global real estate market and examining the current performance of international markets to discussing the emerging property investment destinations from India to Russia and beyond.
