Having found that modern life with its emphasis on keeping up with the Joneses, living on credit and also living to work didn’t really suit any of us, we went in search of a new life, a better life. And yes, as much of a cliché as it sounds, we did find a better life living abroad. Our sojourns around various nations and into different cultures have not been without their ups and downs, but ultimately the team behind Shelter Offshore is now totally dedicated to living the expatriate lifestyle, and helping others who want to go beyond the invisible borders that attempt to restrict our everyday choices.
