Golf Property North Cyprus

The first golf course to be constructed in North Cyprus is in Esentepe to the East of Kyrenia and it is due for its official opening during the winter season 2006- 2007 and it is being eagerly anticipated by those who live in North Cyprus and those looking for an exciting investment property opportunity.

Golf property North Cyprus style is already springing up around Esentepe but many more developers are only now revealing their exciting plans for golf apartments and villas having waited until the opening of the course to showcase their impressive plans for the creation of exclusive golfing communities, sea view and golf course homes and sea front properties within easy distance of the golf course.

Golf property currently available for sale in North Cyprus ranges from fully furnished and finished one bedroom apartments for sale close to the course from as little as GBP 40,000 which are being bought up in bulk by investors for rental purposes, to well appointed and constructed villa homes next to the course for sale from constructor Sevilla for example for GBP 110,000 or GBP 125,000 with a swimming pool.  These types of villas are being bought by both those wanting a rentable holiday home that they too can enjoy and those wanting to retire to or move to Northern Cyprus full time who want to be close to the golf course.

Certain parcels of land are still available for sale within the vicinity of the course and these represent an exciting opportunity for those looking to establish a commercial property investment in Northern Cyprus – facilities required in the region of the course include everything from spas and wellness centres to entertainment complexes for the whole family for example, restaurants, bars and anything from a quad or mountain biking centre, an outdoor pursuits centre, horse riding etc all of which the island is still short of.

Alternatively an investor looking for a construction project can contact a reputable constructor in Northern Cyprus (ask to view previously completed projects and the financial standing of the company please!) and get them to contact the land registry and find out who owns which parcels of undeveloped land in the vicinity of the course and then make the owner a direct offer to purchase.
