Those lucky enough to be selected for the TV programme will discuss on air their dreams of their beautiful seaside property.  Researchers will then work behind the scenes to find truly amazing properties to match their wildest fantasies as well as their budget.  With a list of amazing homes to view, those taking part in the programme will travel around with the presenters and visit all of the fantasy properties before being given the option of taking the plunge and buying their dream seaside property.

The whole process will be recorded and turned into a watch-able and popular television programme for the UK TV network.
