Express Garancion is the construction company behind the development; they are planning to finance the build through a combination of personal funding, bank loans and also off plan apartment sales. As a price guideline potential buyers can factor around EUR 1,350 per square meter for residential real estate space.
Within the resort there will be a full business centre as well as an exclusive spa. There will also be tennis courts as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools within the Topola Skies gated community. Naturally there is direct beach access from the development and residents will also be within easy reach of the golf courses and related facilities that are under construction currently in the immediate vicinity and around the Balchik coastal area in Bulgaria.
This is an exciting project, one that moves away from the mainstream types of development in Bulgaria and one which should enhance the natural landscape and the real estate landscape as well.
