If you do a quick search on the internet for HR jobs in Dubai and the UAE you’ll be struck immediately by the level of demand.  All companies that are relocating to the UAE, who are establishing operations in fast growing Dubai and who have a regional presence across that part of the world want to employ the very best personnel…and their starting block for good recruitment is of course their HR department.

Otherwise, look at companies who are already well established in the UAE - and Dubai specifically if you prefer the dynamic city location – and there you’re far more likely to find full time, long term HR jobs available.
