Is the poor state of the economic climate in the UK making you contemplate a move abroad? Does the fact that the new government has said we are all going to have to suffer massive cuts in public spending to ease the huge deficit leave you feeling less than enamoured with Great Britain? Have you decided that it’s time you and your family perhaps moved abroad and went in search of your fortunes elsewhere?
Well, you are certainly not alone! Every week we’re receiving increased volumes of enquiries from readers who are ready to make the move overseas now, and who don’t want to wait until they’re retired to find a new life abroad. These people want advice about anything and everything from where there are jobs in their particular sector, to where they can find international schools to educate their children.
If you fall into this category of person who is serious about moving overseas now, and you actually have a plan to buy or start a business abroad, then a brand new lifestyle documentary wants to hear from you. Do you want to be on TV? Do you want really practical help and advice about starting or buying a business overseas? If so, read on to learn all about a brand new programme that you could soon be featuring on…
The production company that brought you ‘A Place in the Sun’ has been commissioned to produce a brand new series of programmes for Sky TV that will document the fortunes of individual entrepreneurs, couples and even families who have a dream of buying or starting a business abroad.
If you’re of a mind to make the move, or you even already have a plan in place to pack everything up in the UK and head off to begin a new life and a new business overseas, would you like to feature on the programme? The producers are looking for people who are serious about moving - ideally within the next six months - and who would like to receive help and advice and appear on the show.
The programme will be hosted by Jonnie Irwin who was formerly the presenter of ‘A Place in the Sun: Home or Away,’ and who can currently be seen on the BBC on programmes such as ‘To Buy or Not to Buy’ and ‘Escape to the Country.’ The format for the show is that Jonnie will take you to the country of your choosing and show you a series of 5 businesses for sale, weighing up the pros and cons of each. Now, you may already have your sights set on a particular trade perhaps, but Jonnie will spend time getting to know you and then also show you other options that you have based on your skill set.
The show will assist with the red tape and bureaucracy involved in making the move and buying a business abroad, and so in very practical terms this opportunity would be a genuinely great help to anyone who wanted to get involved…
So, have you got a country in mind, do you really want to make the move, would this programme give you the support, guidance and even inspiration to start that new chapter of your life? Why not get in touch with Louise Allen, Assistant Producer via email - .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call her on 0207 403 5182 or 077250 58569.
What are you waiting for? This could be your chance for fame and fortune - or at least your chance to get the help you need to start your new life overseas!

Hi My name is sky sommers, i am british lebanese i recently moved to dubai to record my album and live a new life…i am obsessed with entertainment, ive been in the music industry my whole life behind the scenes and upfront, i have an idea that i really would love to pursue and that is to make a realty show based in dubai, and make it the equivalent to the realty show ‘Jersey Shore’ life in Dubai is like a dream park for fresh graduates, especially for arabs that are coming from abroad, everyone works during the day and parties hard EVERY NIGHT its a bachelor world, and off course living the high life seems great but it also brings a whole lot of drama, sometimes i feel like my life is a reality show, and i honestly think if someone was to make this for real it would be a BIG success…could anyone guide me into actually making this concept for real??
